Project Plan Proposal
The Project Plan Proposal is the document to be submitted containing the teams design intentions for the 2014 competition. Based on this proposal, 8 teams nationwide will be selected to compete in the competition.

Short video and paper demonstrating rover's ability
Mid-term video presentation of the rover capabilities and a detailed report of what has been accomplished and still needs to be completed.

Kids Tech University: Outreach
The Virginia Tech Rover Team will be exhibiting the robot and designing hands on panels to spark kids interest in STEM topics. Sponsored by the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute and Virginia 4-H, this ongoing outreach encourages kids to be interest in such fields.

Embedding code for public viewing
To allow our fan base be able to experience the competition as if they were on the team, the embedded code for the video stream will be posted on our website. In the video, our fans will be able to see the competition how the rover and our missions control view it.

Technical Report
By this point of the competition, a final 15 page report documenting the unique attributes of the rover will be submitted. Detailed CAD designs, system overviews, and other design specifics will be included.

Competition at the JSC Rock Yard in Houston, TX
This weekend is the competition of rovers. While competing in Houston, TX our mission control will be in Blacksburg, Va controlling the rover. Make sure to watch the embedded stream to cheer on your Virginia Tech Rover!
